Customer Service

Your order will be filled as promptly as possible. All orders will be sent via UPS Ground to the US, except Hawaii and Puerto Rico, unless otherwise requested. Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be mailed by Air. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, please email us and a representative will authorize an exchange or return. PC/Mac handles our fulfillment and will answer the phones PC/Mac Performance. Just tell them this is for Candlescape.com.
Damaged Merchandise
