Return Policy


Our returns policy is simple.

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any "un-used" item for a full refund. Shipping will only be refunded for damaged items, or items shipped in error. If you just want to return an item, we will refund the purchase price, but you will need to ship the item back to us, at your own expense.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Candlescape.com. (Candles must be unused and have never been lit.
Un-used means "never been used", not any "left over portions".)

You can also cancel unshipped items, by calling us directly.

How to Return Items

To return any item, no call is required.

Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. Attach a return label and ship to our address indicated below. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. We will only pay for return shipping on damaged goods.

If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. We will not pay for return shipping fees, for "personal taste" returns. We will however, refund the actual amount you paid for the item.
